Over thirty years full time experience in metropolitan Seattle.

Seller representation and buyer representation of single family homes, condominiums and multi-family properties. I have also been a property manager of my own properties for over thirty years. As a member of the Rental Housing Association of Puget Sound I regularly update my familiarity and management practices regarding the Landlord Tenant Act.
